All of the Women’s Ministries at Victory Church promote opportunities for fellowship, spiritual enrichment, ministry, and outreach. These groups were created for all ladies: mothers, working women, singles, and retirees. They strive to meet the needs of those in our church, as well as in our community. CARING COOKS Caring Cooks prepare meals for bereaved families as needed. For more information, call Sharon Steffy(863) 859-6000. DECORATING GUILD Decorating Guild is for ladies who can get together as needed to share decorating ideas and to decorate the church for Christmas, and occasionally, for other special events. For more information, call Susan Given at (863) 644-0022. FRIEND CONNECTION Friend Connection is a ministry to widows that meets four times per year for socials. Volunteers “adopt” a widow in order to keep in touch through cards, phone calls, and occasional outings. For more information, call Linda Stamps at (863) 815-1238. INTERCESSORY PRAYER Ladies meet each Wednesday at 10 AM in the Prayer Room to intercede for church prayer requests. They also meet monthly for a luncheon. BIBLE STUDY (September—May only) Women’s Bible Study meets every Tuesday from 9-11 AM, in FLC Room 116, using in-depth Bible studies. PRAYER LINE Volunteers are emailed with prayer needs throughout the day, and they immediately go to the Lord in prayer. Call Renee' Cotton at (863) 859-6000, ext. 218.
