Early Childhood Director

Victory Kids is seeking a passionate, organized, and relational leader to serve as our full-time Early Childhood Coordinator, providing oversight and leadership for all ministry environments serving children from newborn through Pre-K.

This role is ideal for someone who loves partnering with families—especially mothers—and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered foundation in a child’s earliest years. The coordinator will build strong, authentic relationships with families in addition to supporting, recruiting, training,  and encouraging Early Childhood volunteers. Responsibilities also include ensuring classrooms are safe, engaging, and spiritually enriching, while managing essential administrative and clerical tasks such as scheduling, communication, curriculum coordination, and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate thrives in both relational ministry and structured environments, is dependable and flexible, and is energized by being actively present during midweek and weekend services. This position also collaborates closely with and supports the broader Victory Kids Ministry team and vision, helping build strong spiritual foundations that last a lifetime.

Custodial Team Member

We have an opening on our Custodial Team to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment across our campus.

Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, and offices; mopping floors; and disinfecting tables, desks, and other surfaces. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is required.

This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Hours are primarily weekday after-school, with an occasional weekend shift to support a large event or concert.
